Our Advantages

With independent intellectual property rights, GERAM products have high resolution, and the resolution is not restricted or limited by the foreign export control scheme. With the core technology, GERAM can provide supporting accessories and scheme suggestions, and flexibly modify and adjust the design according to the actual application needs of customers. The self-owned dual-frequency laser interference calibrator is used as an absolute accuracy reference for sensor calibration, and we are equipped with multiple self-owned devices such as dust-free workshop, spot detection, temperature and humidity environment simulation, vibration test, aging devices.

The measurement angle is large, the design angle of the φ82mm lens is up to ±60°for the mirror plane, and ±88° for the non-mirror plane; For φ55mm series, the mirror plane with a maximum range of 4mm is up to ±48°, and the mirror plane with a range of 8mm is up to ±33°, which all refreshes the record.

With a small background interference, the patented split-channel optic fiber solves the problems that have plagued the industry for decades, reducing the interference by more than 50% compared to traditional optic fiber.

With a wide coverage of specifications, our products currently cover 0.1~25mm range, among which 0.05~50mm range can be customized. Minimum diameter: 3.8mm. We provide one-stop solution, SDK compatible with secondary development. We are dedicated to meeting diversified measurement needs at a low application and integration cost.

Good stability and high reliability: Optical part: All the measurement lenses are glued and fixed, providing a good vibration resistance. The spectrum part adopts glass prism splitting parts. The principle is simple and the long-term stability is good. Mechanical section: Equipped with a vibration-absorbing structure, the mid-to-high-end new version of the controller suspends the core module flexibly in the air, strengthens heat dissipation, and reduces external vibration, temperature effects, and transport damage. It uses low thermal expansion materials and has good temperature stability and small temperature drift. Electrical part: The internal connectors are screwed or glued to improve the reliability of the connection, and the protective components and isolation components are used to improve the anti-interference of the electrical parts. Optic fiber part: The connector has a foolproof design. When it is not aligned with the slot, the thread won’t be locked so as to prevent measurement errors caused by improper plugging. Hauling towline is more wear resistant and reliable.

With high light intensity, the patented prism spectrometer product improves by more than 200% in linearity light energy utilization. In addition, under the same circumstances, a lens with larger caliber collects more light energy.

For the multi-channel version, a controller with multiple sensor lenses greatly reduces the cost compared with multiple sensors.

The standard 5m long optic fiber with stainless-steel sheath is easy to be penetrated into the towline. The lens and the optic fiber can be disassembled, and it is not necessary to lever the whole towline for replacement.

Some products use large-caliber aspheric lenses to eliminate spherical aberration.

Timeline

In 2015, the company developed the chromatic confocal prototype.

In 2016, the company launched the first chromatic confocal distance sensor of the world for the prism spectrometer, with the linearity of resolution raised up to three times of the traditional sensors and the efficiency for solar energy utilization raised up to two times of the traditional sensors, and won the national invention patent.
In 2016, the company launched the first chromatic confocal distance sensor of the world with independent light input and output, and solved the reflection interference problem troubling the industry.

In 2017, the company got the angle investment and used it to build the factory and expand the production capacity.

In 2018, the company built a new factory, which was provided with the class 100 anti-static cleanroom, multiple dust-free anti-static production lines for the chromatic confocal products with the most advanced technology in China, high and low temperature, aging and vibration test devices as well as the research and development laboratory, testing laboratory and application laboratory for chromatic confocal products.

In the same year, the company developed the dual-frequency laser interferometer calibration master with the resolution of 1nm and the supporting calibration software, and independently developed the small spot detection instrument and its supporting software.

Up to now, GERAM had developed dozens of specifications and models, basically covering all the production lines in this field.
