In practical use, it is suggested to reserve about 20% of the limit value to avoid exceeding the limit; The spot size is the size imaged at the optic fiber end face on the object to be measured in case of single wavelength; The resolution value is the theoretical value.
* Verification shall be carried out before application on interference and diffraction surfaces such as the color selective coating film and optical grating. Attention shall be paid to prevent measurement of the virtual focus when the measurement is carried on the optical lens, reflector as well as the surface similar to the optical lens and reflector.
